Start strong! Hit at least 115 shots every day this week. Stick close to the basket and focus on form and consistency

Challenge: Free Throw Focus

Make 200 free throws this week. Track how many you can hit in a row — set a personal best!

Challenge: Around the World!

Make 10 shots from 5 different spots on the court each day — baseline, wing, top, other wing, other baseline.

Challenge: Bank Shot Bonus

Add variety! Make 115 bank shots this week. Use both sides of the backboard.

Challenge: Red, White & SWISH!

Celebrate the 4th by making 76 shots in a row this week (doesn't have to be all at once). Track your longest streak!

Work your off-hand! Make 150 shots this week using your non-dominant hand only.

Attempt 150 long-range shots this week. Track your shooting percentage and try to improve!

Challenge: Shot Variety Show

Each day, choose 3 different types of shots (jump shot, layup, floater, fadeaway, step-back, etc.). Make 25 of each.

📅 August 21–27

Challenge: Clutch Time!

Pretend the game is on the line. Make 25 “game-winning” shots this week — count down and yell "3...2...1!"

📅 August 27–September 1

Challenge: Final Push!

Time to finish strong! Log your highest single-day total of the summer. Can you hit 500 in one day?
